BINDING CHILD SUPPORT AGREEMENT
Binding child support agreements provides freedom to the parents to make binding financial agreements about child support. Binding child support agreements work in a similar manner to financial agreements that parents who are separating might make in relation to property, superannuation and spousal maintenance.
